All of it !! Locations was excellent, clean tidy, staff were lovely food was lovely excellent place

Staff the customer service was poor very unfriendly staff at reception … same staff then drinking and laughing after hours in bar at end of shift … not a good look

I had my hen night held in the Clayton hotel. It was a cocktail session and dinner for 25 people. I’m an older hen (50ish😊) and wanted a relaxed environment where everyone could chill and enjoy themselves. Clayton staff , Eoin and Leon were great at the cocktail session as were the staff who attended us for our meal. They really made my night special and made all my friends including my 78 year old mum feel welcome. No request was an issue. Thank you so much I will definitely be recommending your hotel. Siobhan

The location of the hotel was excellent and to be fair the breakfast was good.

Unfortunately when I booked I thought the £520 price for 2 nights was for 2 rooms.Silly me! When we arrived we had to pay £1040 for 2 rooms!!! I would never have booked at this price had I realised. The hotel did not meet the expectations of this price. The rooms were ok but under maintained. The hook on the bathroom door broken off etc. The TV's didn't work in either room and requests to fix were ignored. Not something you expect at the price paid. Also On the second night we could hear someone shouting, for hours !!!!!! It was probably outside but the hotel's Windows did not keep the noise out.

Convenient location

Room very dated. Carpet worn. Sink and toilet both had hairs in them from previous occupants.

Three of us only given one key card and our request for even a second key card was refused by staff member at reception. Security person wasn't overly polite to us when we returned to the hotel in the evening either.
