Cleanliness, staff was very helpful. Room was big and very convenient for 5 persons.

Breakfast was so crowded, hard to find a table. And the coffee corner smells really BAD

The only good thing about this place was the breakfast. Otherwise you will be greeted with an extremely dirty room. The bathroom plumbing was horrible. Both the sink and tub drains slow, so you are washing in dirty water. We asked for service, but it didn't work. We were not offered a different room. However, I was scared to move to another room because a family had bedbugs in their room. The manager claimed to offer a two night credit for the inconvenience; however, would not respond to my emails after not receiving the credit. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL SPEND A LITTLE MORE AT NICER HOTEL!

The location, staff, food, free drinks and bed

Couldn't turn off all the lights, water pressure in shower and lamp didnt work.

I heard great things about this Embassy suites . I am staying here for 3 nights and everything from checking in on the app , to using the chat with and agent option for an early check in to arriving and being recognized with my status and being welcomed to the hotel was a great experience . Sabrina and Pilar went above and beyond to accommodate me with a room For my early arrival . I even got to chat with Glo from catering about the hotel location and amenities. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area .

All of my interactions with staff and HGV Representative Brian was extra helpful in helping my to future Hilton Hotel adventures. I didn't purchase a vacation package today but with future Hilton stays in progress, I'll continue to think about what Brian has shared with me during this visit. You have a great representative sharing options while selecting Hilton as a choice hotel.

I really liked how the room looked and how thr lobby was nice and easy access

Not all the light switches work!!!! THERE WAS MOLD UNDER THE RUG!!! The rug next to the bed was wet we thought we spilled something then we realized there was so drinks around us and we realized the next morning it was still wet that’s how we discovered mold the cleanliness was not good AT ALL there was a USED CONDOM under the bed and lots of bits of trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT ALL THE LIGHT SWITCHES WORK!!!!! The Shower had built up GRIME and MOLD!!!!! the balcony floor was SO DIRTY aswell!!! Definitely not the best for cleanliness there was lots of white stains on the chair I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it this forsure wasn’t the best stay
