Nothing really

Well main issue I had was that we was that the kids and all was woken up at 330 in the morning by guest above us, They were very loud and kept on for bout a hour, We did call down to make a complaint, then we had guests below our unit that was just as loud and kept going till probably 6 or do in the morning, We did mention that people above us and below us were extremely loud, It’s kinda sucked to be honest, I’m not mad at the hotel, just sucks that it woke the kids up and none of us could get back to sleep with all the loudness of shouting and partying or whatever the hell they was doing

Everything! I gave it and 8 because if I gave it a 10 then what if I have better? So 8 and it’s a high 8. Could or should be a 9. Only beef I had was little girls bullying kids at the pool. And parking

Loved the property and atmosphere

We had a lovely stay. The entire staff was friendly. The room was clean. The pool was comfortably warm. The breakfast was above average. To address some previous comments, the garage is tight but typical for a downtown. There are spaces with some extra width available. The evening reception food is limited if you're planning on making it your evening meal. We were not bothered by traffic noise or noise from being across from the elevator, but we kept the fan on the heating unit on low. The Convention Center is connected which was nice in the winter. It is a good 10 minute walk. There is also a good variety of restaurants close by, some you can access without going outside. I'd definitely stay again.

The pool area is very wet all over and the entire area. Only thing that wasn't a 10!
