I was satisfied with everything

Convenient restaurant on location. Big suite style rooms.

The place was overrun with kids that weren’t actual guests. They admitted as much. The pool was taken over by weed vaping parents and their savage kids that screamed all night. There was an endless stream of new unregistered people for this party. Took over the whole hotel. Loud and obnoxious in all parts of the lobby and breakfast seating area. Parents were non existent. Then at 130 AM, the cops had to be called because of drama. There were at least 20 people in some of the rooms. At one point, the animalistic unattended teens went outside into the parking lot to literally set off giant fireworks. Cops were called once again. There were three cars broken into and had their windows smashed. This place is a nightmare. Never again.

I liked the breakfast

I got charged twice once I got there and already had paid for it they charged me again so now I have to wait for my refund and the shower head was nasty and I had very very little hot water

It was very clean and great staff

No complaints

Everything was good and the customer service was excellent.

There was a bug in my bathroom but housekeeping handled it quickly.

We normally stay with Hilton when we travel, and normally have a pretty decent stay. This stay however, definitely tainted our view of Hilton. This hotel was definitely in disrepair. Severe water damage on our walls, several broken pieces of furniture and the unhelpful attitude of the staff, definitely disappointed.

Cleanliness standards were definitely not up to par (we found a fork behind the bed that had apparently not been cleaned!).The furniture was in disrepair. There was mold in the shower/tub. The walls showed severe sign of water damage and mold. The smell was stale and gross. The TV kept cutting in and out, and when we inquired of the staff to have someone come and fix it or asked if we could move rooms, the staff was very unwilling to help and simply said to let them know if the issues persisted in the morning (we were staying for two nights)! We did inquire the next morning, and told them that we were leaving, and they could have their engineer come and look at our TV. When we arrive back to the hotel that evening, nothing had been done.

The door/digital key clearly has an issue as it would not stay programmed - for digital or physical keys. My infant got stuck in the room because the digital key stopped working (for the 3rd time) ofc I was panicking but the staff acted like I was annoying them. A work order should be put in. Some kind of concern should be shown. No one even accompanied me upstairs or sent maintenance. This could be a liability issue in the future and I was treated like it didn’t matter. Like I said at check out, getting really tired of leaving ES in tears. Will be going back to the Marriott for awhile.
