"we enjoyed our time but wouldn’t book here again for the price we payed and experience little to no amenities."

the bed was comfortable and we had a smart tv which was nice as we had to be in the hotel room as the building was so packed with kids unsupervised running around.

the pool was full of kids and no parents and they was running around jumping and diving in the pool, and was splashing all of our stuff non stop and all of our belongings were wet. kids were falling and running and non stop screaming. i understand kids are in the pool but there was a lack of supervision and it was awful. we got the hotel just to enjoy the pool a bit and was only in for a good 5 solid minutes. the people on staff were rude. our key card wasn’t working and they was aggravated and made comments like “do you know how to use a door and a key card” in a rude tone and the rooms didn’t have no trash bags in the cans. overall the hotel was nice i just think it wasn’t worth what we paid and we didn’t get to do anything but use the TV, the bar was so packed we couldn’t even get a drink as there was no seats available and it was hard to move around everyone and their kids.

"Disgusting"

The breakfast

The room was disgusting. The pulled out couch had crumbs all over it and an unidentified object fell on the floor when pulled out, hair all over in the shower. Our white socks were black after walking around.

"this was out 4th year coming to the fair and staying at your hotel. We'll be back next year"

location was great. when I checked out Sunday morning Christina, was very helpful her service was awesome.

I didn't like that the bartender put my sister meal on my room bill and didn't give her a choice. Christina took care of that for me. Embassy need more customer service help like Christina, and the other lady that was working the front desk Sunday morning.

"No Air Conditioning in my room"

The food and the design inside

My room did not have anything working air I was on fire the whole time they couldn’t change my room because they were fully booked they gave me fans for the room since I didn’t have any AC
