Quality Inn Ledgewood - Dover

I paid them $150 to stay one night and my necklace went missing the hotel manager refuses to call me back or email me back. The front desk is no help either!

Good location for visiting Amish Country and has a good breakfast. Room was very quiet and staff was very nice. I gave it only a 4 star because the price is a little high and we did not receive any housekeeping during our stay.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. Room was run down and definitely needs updating. Pictures did not show how badly this place needs to be repaired. There were cracks in the wall, dirty worn carpets, old rusted holders in the bathroom etc. clientele also suspect - fighting, yelling and slamming doors in the middle of the night. I would definitely not stay there again.

We had a fine experience. Clean and friendly. However, our room was not cleaned after the first night. No towels or bed made. When I asked the front desk she explained that they clean rooms every 3 days, unless asked otherwise. My problem was that there was not a price adjustment for less service. I PAID for 2 nights. I should receive service for 2 nights.

Ample parking and clean rooms.

First, we couldn’t tap as a form of payment. Second, you can tell the hotel was not ever updates you can smell the age. When we got into the room it smelled like old cigarettes and dirty laundry. Like the carpet and wallpaper have never been cleaned. The a/c kept me up with a squeaky noise it kept making and it stopped working in the middle of the night. The room felt like a boiler room. Beds were ok the pillows need to get tossed. Don’t get me wrong the room was clean, its just aged. You can feel the 90’s still in this place.

Room was clean the employees was very nice, and helpful. It was nice that it was pet friendly. The breakfast was ok. Parking lot was excellent

Front desk personnel are very helpful and accommodating to the changes we ask them to make We check out came back in 2 hours then do to our customers check out again, all within 2.5 hours. The front did it with a smile on his face. Fred Pfirrmann
