Quartier sympa. Parking. Metro à côté. Propreté. Personnel très professionnel.

Le bruit assourdissant de l’air conditionné et du frigo. J’avais pourtant demandé de me donner la chambre la plus qu’ils avaient… 😢 Le mitigeur de la douche cassé et mal installé à comprendre. Le montant du petit-déjeuner. C’est de l’arnaque.

Chambre confortable et personnel attentionné.

Hotel un peu vieillissant. Facturer le wifi si on est pas membre c’est un peu mesquin. Le petit déjeuner est un peu limité en terme de choix.

It was really close to a lot of attractions.

Fridge wasn’t working, no AC during the night, a lot of extra cost.

People at the front desk were very nice. The room...so, so. No clock or trashcan. (Except in the toilet room.) We only stayed here one night, so I really can't say much more.

"A very special stay"

Beautiful room. Toronto is pricey during the World Cup but we researched and splurged. The room was huge, comfortable, well appointed. What we received for what we spent made total sense. It was just exceptional- mostly due to the kind and enthusiastic staff that went the extra distance.
