The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location.

It was a bit disappointing and inconvenient that the mini fridges in the rooms were turned off due to the current energy crisis. I think it would be better to just increase the room rate to make up for the rising costs. Or like what was done at a hotel in Frankfurt. There was a switch that needed to be pushed to turn the fridge on so that it wouldn't be constantly on if it wasn't being used. Its not a big deal if you are there for a night or two but when you stay for 6 and also have medication that needs refrigeration its quite inconvenient. The staff did allow me to keep my medication in the lobby fridge, which was nice.

"Meine erste Wahl in Münster!"

Top ruhige Lage, schöne Raumaufteilung, super nette Mitarbeiter am Empfang (leider sehr selten geworden). Tolles Frühstück, schöne Sonnenterrasse.

Hotel ist natürlich schon etwas älter. Aber alles ist gepflegt!
