Very nice clean hotel. Be aware though that Expedia let's you book four people onto a room that is not appropriate for four people which we discovered when checking in. The hotel did say this was our fault but I showed them Expedia states very clearly against each room booking how many the room SLEEPS. That is an error of Expedia but thr hotel use them as a third party so they need to talk and sort that out. We had to pay extra to change our room. Aside from this everything else was spot on. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Room walls are a bit thin and windows don't drown out the motorway at the front

Every thing was great except the shower was not strong

Room was perfect for a one night stay, food and service also very good

Fabulous 3 night stay. Staff in all areas of the hotel are extremely polite and cannot do enough for their guests. The communal areas are spotlessly clean and water and coffee are available all day in reception. The choice of food is excellent at breakfast and the waitors very attentive. The pool area is also extremely clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend.

Was not dealt with well at reception during check in. Was offered upgrades and when i explained that I was entitled to these upgrades with my Radisson VIP membership, all of a sudden the room upgrade was not available. Had to get a manager to resolve. Was given a non smoking suite....that smelled of smoke. Was told that i couldn't access the Executive lounge, despite this being a benefit of Radisson VIP membership and me providinga confirmation email from customer service.....was told that customer service is not the best source of information! They said they would check and get back to me....i had to follow up to confirm i can acccess. Paid for a rollaway bed...i had to chase up to get this delivered. Good breakfast and great service from the lady running the Executive lounge. No point having a membership program if they are going to treat members like this at check-in.

My family and I appreciate the two nights we spent at this hotel. Check in and check out were smooth and the food we had was great. We noticed that some parts of the hotel were under renovation and that had no impact on our stay. Our kids also enjoyed the time they spent at the playcare and crafts they made. The gym was a bit outdated but spacious and with plenty of equipment. My wife didn’t like that women weren’t allowed in the jacuzzi and that there was no time for women only to enjoy it. Regardless, we will stay at this hotel again.
