"Perfect vacations in the city!"

I was so happy going back to guayaquil after a few years and stay in my favorite hotel, always very classy, tidy, very nice and helpful people, at the front desk Juan was very friendly, the hostess Karen and Adriana at the restaurant were very kind, I would definitely recommend the hotel and the food is delicious, thank you guys for a great week, I hope to visit my city again!

La atención era exquisita.y sus instalaciones

Pues el yacuzzi ya que me habia casado y no puede compartirlo junto a mi esposo.y el desayuno faltaba huevos duros .me hospede el 12 de marzo.

Loved my stay! JP (Juan Pablo) was so kind and super helpful. I needed to get a pedicure and he was able to find someone, and arrange them to come to my room for a pedi within an hour! It was amazing.

"My favourite place to stay in Guayaquil"

I love the Oro Verde Experience. The staff are excellent, the breakfast is incredible. The rooms are clean, quiet and well appointed with coffee and tea making, toiletries, AC and great wifi. The location is pretty central with a safe and secure taxi company out front as well as an amazing bakery/cafe. Book online directly on their website for the best value for money. Last night I tried El Capitan Bar to have a few cocktails with my sister and they were amazing, again with excellent service. Also room service is quick and easily ordered. As a heavily tattooed woman sometimes I receive less than stellar service at smart hotels but never at the Oro Verde, Im always treated incredibly well. To highlight -Darla was at the desk this time. She was professional and efficient and remembered personal details about my stay.
