Red Roof Inn Sanford

I requested a Handicapped Room. I was told my room was such. However, it had none of the handicapped safety features. Morning "breakfast" was a joke.

Property was plenty sufficient and clean. Looks like family run. Though well intended, they are quite substandard on the “hospitality” concept. The breakfast , though clean, has zero staff attention ie. bare bones offering, waffle batter empty, orange and apples juice ran pure water, no bread. Milk was fresh 😃 Televisions were off and desk had no idea how to turn them on when asked. If the patriarch were to visit ANY nearby hotel/motel, he would see hospitality in action- simple fixes all

Breakfast was in one word awful. Coffee machine put out half water half coffee mixture. Cream was a gallon of milk. Two kinds of cereal and some slices of bread. Was a waffle maker. No fruit. Pluses are nice TV and very good matress and shower. They are still working on painting doors and floors around the area.

quite good night sleep, we went during our visit in sanford NC , our room very welcoming , staff was nice and friendly, rooms are newly ronovated and with fluffy pillow, we got room cleaning service daily, we really enjoyed our stay. breakfast was ok but ok for the price

Got fresh towels every day without having to ask. I made a great waffle on their equipment at breakfast.

Very rude workers. Didn’t get the king room I reserved. They were very rude about it. Room was dirty. Had to settle for a room with 2 full beds. Both beds squeaked the entire time. Horrible place
