The breakfast was satisfactory. It could have offered a couple additional items. The staff took care of the washing machine problem quickly. The air conditioner works well.

The cleaning staff was friendly; she did not clean the room adequately. My table and the bathroom were dirty when I arrived, but I was too tired to mention it the next day. It took three remotes before one was able to make the tv work. The bathroom sink was dirty and the fixtures for the shower and tub need to be replaced prior to renting that room, (237) again. Cleaning staff should sweep and mop the floors daily and empty the trash daily.

The bedding was stained and dirty, same with the bath towels. The room was not cleaned hairs in refrigerator. Complained to office was given another room that was worse than the first. Roaches in room. We packed up and left at 1 am and paid to stay elsewhere even though I already paid for 3 days there.
