L'hôtel est plutôt pas mal bien situé dans lillehammer, le petit déjeuner avec un grand choix et de qualité.

la literie mériterait d'être remplacée le lit fait le creux dans le milieu. Un mouvement de grève dans l'hôtellerie en Norvège avait lieu lors de notre séjour. L'établissement ne pouvait assurer le dîner, ce que nous comprenons. En revanche le repas était compris dans le prix de la chambre, nous avons alors demandé un geste commercial, puisque nous avons dû prendre notre repas du soir en ville à nos frais. On nous a répondu qu'ils ne pouvaient pas faire de remboursement et nous ont renvoyés sur Booking, ce que nous avons fait. Pas de réponse pour l'instant.

Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig

Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes. Zum Abendessen gab es nur ein ganz einfaches Gericht. An einem Abend fiel das Abendessen ganz aus. Das Management verweigerte, trotz gebuchter Halbpension eine Minderung. Stattdessen sollte der Parkplatz auf dem Hof noch gesondert bezahlt werden.

It was unfortunate that the restaurant strike closed their restaurant but understandable.

Everything was nice and clean. I love the view from our room and that it came with tea and coffee. Very nice hotel.

I was very disappointed in the way the hotel told us two hours before we arrive that dinner would no longer be served because of the strike. No apologies, no sorry until I asked for some kind of compensation. The reply I got was no. They state it is complementary.. well sure? It can only be afforded by the hotel if people pay the price they pay. So we paid $215ish for the room which includes the breakfast and dinner, other hotels in the area are $136-160ish for breakfast included. I am staying in their sister hotel quality by the Oslo airport for $136 with breakfast included so you mean to tell me $215 for their basic room and breakfast is justified.. No. I contacted booking.com and they also told me the hotel wouldn’t help. It makes me upset only because of the response. It is not our fault that they are not paying their employees enough so they are on strike? We were tired, had to spend $215 on the hotel (because our other $126 hotel with breakfast got cancelled because of the strike) spent more for parking, and pay for our dinner elsewhere. I understand things can go wrong but again, it is an extra expense we didn’t need hence why we booked for the dinner and breakfast to help us save. They really get you with parking in Norway, $24 for overnight everywhere is just ridiculous especially when you are already paying to say in their facilities.
