Ogromnym plusem jest lokalizacja - w bezpiecznej i spokojnej okolicy, około 12 minut od Teatro Massimo. Bardzo miłe panie właścicielki, zawsze uśmiechnięte. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Pokoje znajdują się na parterze, ale na oknach od zewnętrznej strony są dość masywne drewniane rolety, przez co czuliśmy się bezpiecznie.

El alojamiento está a media hora andando del centro y el barrio es muy seguro y agradable. El baño estaba limpio.

El horario de desayuno empezaba a las 6am. Al dormir en una habitación que pegaba al comedor, nos despertábamos inevitablemente por las conversaciones de la encargada con los huéspedes que estuvieran desayunando. El desayuno nos pareció un poco pobre, primaba la bollería industrial y quizás hubiéramos esperado algo más.

Nonostante la posizione fosse un po' distante dal centro, in realtà era comunque molto comoda. Tutto era molto pulito e la signora è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Nelle foto le camere sembravano un po' semplici, ma dal vivo era molto più carino, comodo e curato. In generale è stata un'esperienza molto positiva e ci tornerei sicuramente.

Essendo un B&B, la colazione — che è letteralmente parte del concetto di “Bed and Breakfast” — dovrebbe avere un po’ più di attenzione. Capisco perfettamente che, per il prezzo, non debba essere qualcosa di abbondante o elaborato, però si potrebbe fare decisamente meglio. Tutto era confezionato, dalle brioche agli altri snack, senza nulla di fresco, e questo dà un’impressione un po’ trascurata. Considerando che la signora va ogni mattina, credo non sarebbe difficile prendere delle brioche fresche in panetteria invece di usare solo prodotti confezionati. Inoltre, manca completamente un’opzione salata: anche qualcosa di semplice, come un po’ di formaggio da tenere in frigo, farebbe una grande differenza.

Whwen we came in, tired from a long journey and traffic jams, there was a washing maching blasting in the common area which made it impossible to rest - the room was right next to the common area and the bathroom. The room was otherwise nicely decorated but the mattress on a double bed was extremely uncomfortable comparing to the single bed in the room . There was a glass window on the wall of the bedroom connecting the bathroom wall which made it impossible to sleep because the light shone for a long time every time guests used the bathroom. The kitchen - common area was cosy, you could tell a lot of travellers really enjoyed staing there by reading all the cute notes they left ... and there were a lot of options to prepare drinks or meals, and a fridge to store your food. The neigbourhood was lovely for exploring the town by foot from the apartment, the whole area has limited parking options so it takes a bit of patience to find a spot, especially during busy hours of the day.
