B&b Glamour

The instructions were a bit unclear, but other facilities are nice. The location is pretty cool, but not the best.

Staff wasn't speaking English. Food was sadly not so good - coffee was sour and other food looked also bad...

Il B&B è vicino alla zona pedonale e la zona tranquilla.

Stanza carina ma il materasso molto scomodo e basso. Bagno da ristrutturare.

Soggiorno fantastico, la struttura è pulita e accogliente, con una buona colazione inclusa. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile e la possibilità di fare il check-in anche di notte è stata un grande vantaggio. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal centro.

L'unica pecca è stata la tassa di soggiorno, che ci è stata aumentata in loco rispetto al prezzo pattuito in fase di prenotazione. Nonostante questo inconveniente, lo consiglio vivamente.

La struttura ben gestita e curata, le signore di una accoglienza e disponibilità uniche. Soddisfattissimi della nostra permanenza e se ci trovassimo di nuovo a Palermo torneremo sicuramente da voi! Ottima posizione

La struttura normale ma accogliente con tutti i confort, situata in una buona zona centrale della città di Palermo,ma la cosa che è piaciuta di più erano le persone che ci lavoravano dentro una mamma e una figlia educate sorridenti e molto disponibili con tutti noi ospiti….complimenti a voi 😉 e a presto

Die Lage ist sehr angenehm und das Zimmer hat bis auf einen Safe (nicht vorhanden) alle notwendigen Details aufgewiesen.

Das Frühstück ist leider sehr schlecht, würde es nicht mit ausgezeichnet (wie angegeben) bewerten. Haben saure Milch bekommen, sonst gibt es auch nur den gleichen trockenen Kuchen jeden Tag, Toastbrot Marmelade und sonst nichts. Sehr sparlich. Außerdem spricht das Personal NUR Italienisch, nicht einmal einfaches Englisch. Macht das Kommunizieren sehr mühsam!

The location of the apartmant was great. Room was very clean and spacious. Shower was strong and new. The cleaning ladies were there every morning and even tho they didn't speak english they were using google translate and you could ask them for tips and etc.

The only problem was that one evening we couldnt enter (even tho the code was correct) because something was wrong with the door however we called the owner and he helped us imidiately. Also, the holiday tax that you pay in cash once you arrive turned out to be more expensive than what was stated on the booking site beacuse it changes depending on the season.
