"Poor"

Only the bed was comfortable. Room service boy helped us in arranging extra bed though we reached late night.

First, the place is too far from airport. This was misguided to us while booking. Bathrooms are too small! Lift is very small. Definitely NOT for family stay. Please stay away if you are planning with family. Surrounding also does not have good option to eat. Breakfast / Food is available in this hotel's restaurant ONLY after 11am.

"A nice stay"

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommended

"Great view from the outside"

I had booked single non AC room for one night. The room was quite small and bathroom was also small and there was no shower in it. But it's overall good for solo small trips👍👍

I booked the hotel 7 days before check in date with advance full payment, but when I went for the check in hotel manager said that all room's are booked you are not allowed to check in... And then I started looking for another hotel... Worst service ever I suffered a lot...

Nothing

After booking room online, hotel owner was asking for extra money otherwise he said he will deny check in. When I demanded for written denial for check in said he will not give it either. Person at reception also don't want to talk to customer care representatives when I contacted customercare. Surprised to know that customer care was not able to contact hotel manager directly. Customer care was offering alternate hotel but again I have to have use cab ti travel which will add to my cost. I have never experienced this kind of situation ever. I won't use or recommend this portal with kind of experience

Nothing. They cancelled my booking due to the rate difference. At the last minute i have to change to a different hotel.
