GBGBALL the staff were very helpful and polite and so nice
all was really good
GBFriendly staff, we encountered some problems with our room like the tv remote not working and hotel room door not locking (both battery issues) however once aware, staff fixed the problem right away. Hotel is in a great location with walkable, local amenities and free parking.

The Food wasn't as expected, in Scotland I would expect porridge to be made on site not out of a pot, the omelette for breakfast was disgusting and burnt
