The hotel was clean on the whole but the windows could use some attention, there was mould around the edges . Doors could do with a chain or some extra security.

The bastards put my life at risk. I was booked in and prepaid for two nights. I had driven 400 miles to get there. When I found ,yself locked out with outside temperature of -5 degrees I had no alternative but to drive 40o miles home again or risk hypothermia. As I am disabled and also suffer from arthritis , I was bed ridden fro three days plus I didn’t get to see my children who live with my ex in Scotland.
