Had a great stay at the Renaissance Seattle Downtown. The service was excellent, and I really appreciated the status recognition and upgrade to a very comfortable suite. The location was also incredibly convenient for the Seattle Convention Center, literally just a two- to three-minute drive. I would have walked if not for the rain, so it worked out perfectly for my trip. I also wanted to recognize Jake at the front desk. He was very welcoming and accommodating, and he made a great first impression when I arrived. As it was my first time staying at the hotel, I really appreciated how smooth and pleasant he made the arrival experience.
