Renaissance Seattle Hotel

My stay at the Renaissance Seattle was genuinely moving, thanks to the exceptional warmth and kindness of the entire team. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly valued—literally, from the person who held an umbrella over me in the rain to the constant smiles and genuine offers of help every time I stepped through the lobby. It is clear that true hospitality is a guiding principle here. The moment that truly blew me away happened as I was leaving for a work event. I realized I'd forgotten a belt and stopped at the front desk on a long shot to check lost and found. I was prepared for a "no," but as I turned to walk away, a wonderful gentleman came running up to me with an incredible, unprompted offer: "Hey, you can use mine! It’s unisex, and it’ll complete your outfit!" This was the purest, most unexpected act of hospitality I’ve seen in years. It wasn't scripted; it was simply a human act of generosity and care. The woman working with him was equally kind and supportive of the gesture. Though I didn't catch their full names, this moment of genuine care—going completely above and beyond—spoke volumes about the quality of the staff at the Renaissance Seattle. If you are looking for a hotel where the staff makes you feel seen, valued, and genuinely cared for, this is absolutely the place to stay. Highly, highly recommend!

He was exceptionally professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the hotel and its amenities. What impressed me most was his warm and personal approach — he made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality. Thank you, Jake, for making my stay truly memorable!

Stated at RSH for one night for business. Very friendly staff and great location. Also liked the carpeting which was new and displayed room numbers. However, the hotel is showing its age with lots of scuffed furniture. Also, not quiet rooms…could hear street noise all night (and was on 12th floor). Workout room is great. Would prefer that the coffee shop would open earlier.

The hotel is wonderful with excellent customer support. I had issues with my reservation and after much time on the phone with Marriott central reservations and then someone at the hotel, I was finally connected with the hotel manager who was very gracious and took care my problem. In addition, the room was very comfortable and pretty soundproof despite being adjacent to the freeway. I highly recommend staying here!
