Paradise Palms Seaview Apartment

The apartment is large and spacious, the location is great and the view is lovely. But other than that, we had a very negative experience.

It was difficult to find the building because there were no numbers. The apartment was not ready on time (15:00) and we had to wait until they came to clean it. The apartment was dirty, the sheets and towels were not washed properly. The kitchen towel was dirty. The apartment itself is neglected and quite empty, except for minimal necessary equipment. The sofa in the living room is ragged and dirty. The equipment in the kitchen is minimal.

Parking: no valid information could be provided as to where to park and the related cost My tipp: the parking under the apartment costs 3 Euros upon entry, so if you don’t move the car during your stay it‘s a good and cheap option

very good location, very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets.

The balcony and the surrounding area is the only thing to like about the appartment. There is a bus stop just below which you can get to ayia napa, so you don't have to go to the bus stop on finikoudes beach.

The appartment is infested with ants. As soon as you put any food on the kitchen counter they will swarm all over it. Also found in the bathroom and some in the bedroom. The fridge is so basic and just about passes for being cold. No dish towel is provided and some of the dishes in cupboards were dirty. You are provided with just 2 towels and they are not great quality or a good size. No shower gel is provided. The AC barely works and the bedroom had a fan inside as the AC in there seemed to be broke. Something the host should mention before booking. The window blinds had holes in them, no clothes pegs are provided to dry clothes outside and no additional rubbish bag is provided. The host will respond quickly via whatsapp but despite numerous attempts to get someone to look at the ant problem. No one actually came at all.

The view really nice. The owner gave a lot of good recomentadions. It was good price and place combination 😉

noise from the street, construction at 2AM , hot water is never enough to fill the bathtub, dirty towels full of sand that were not changed, no electrical adapters for EU, very bad service. Also in the kitchen there is no oil, salt, sugar or any other basic products so prepare to buy it all yourself. there’s no laundry powder either. when I complained about the dirty towels (they literally were full of sand) I was told to use the laundry machine. when I asked for the laundry powder they said they can’t provide that. awful service. All other places on Cyprus where we stayed had a lot better service, had basic products in the kitchen, clean towels and EU electric adapters.

One of the best location in Larnaca, appartment with sea view and sunny tarrace, close to the promenade and to the beach. A restaurant just downstairs, other restaurants in close walking distance. Very spacious and convenient apartment with easy access to it. Very good contact with responsive landlord.

This is the centre of Larnaca, so life of the city can be heard, which can be very pleasent, however, because it is not noisy. When looking for very quiet place, probably rural area will be better. Apartment itself is quiet however. Door are self-locking, so you have to take care not to lock yourself inside.
