Staff were very friendly and the property was as advertised.

The shower over the bath was difficult to manage for people of our age

Preis-Leistung war nicht optimal. War ein bisschen wie in einer Zelle. Es war zwar alles vorhanden, aber das Zimmer hatte keinen Charme. Alles war weiss. Freundliche Leute an der Rezeption. Vorteil, man konnte waschen. Keine Frühstücks-Möglichkeit.

It was a good value for the price. Very clean and friendly staff. Showers are not great- water went from hot to cold to hot to cold…lol. Beds were very small. Nice that it had a kitchenette. No A/C so it got pretty warm even with the windows open.

Great value for the price . Short, direct walk to Centre City Galway. Spacious room . Comfortable beds!

Check in was friendly and had Nice pillows, linens and towels were fresh BUT room was stuffy, one chair one high stool and a bed was the only furniture, no TV Chanels (no signal was all we got) and 24 hour reception were very unhelpful and then wouldn’t answer the phone when we called again! Shower was extremely poor on pressure and the shower head didn’t fit the holder as in it Did not match the holding bracket and had to be hand held. The Shower curtain is too short hence water spills all the floor. Fridge door shelf is broken. Toilet seat loose, tiles coming away. Sadly neglected but charging premium prices! (room 106)

The shower could have been more powerful. Otherwise a lovely place to stay in Galway.
