Great location and safe

Service for this hotel was nowhere near what it should be for the price. Here are a list of things that we dealt with for a long weekend: - Clogged sink: first maintenance call made it worse, second one fixed it but left dirt and muck everywhere in the bathroom - Broken fridge: fixed, but broke again after 2 hours; lost some food to that one - Missed a room cleaning, called to ask if they could do it; 6 hours later still not done. Call again, they say they got it, go to the bar for an hour, go back up - still not done. Call again, they come up and we give them 30. Go back up and our bed is SOAKING wet. Asked for a dry comforter, maintenance (??) brings us...a sheet. We walked away from this hotel experience extremely experience even after giving them the benefit of the doubt and a huge amount of patience. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again.

First the positives - lovely people, lobby pleasant and the rooms were terrific. It’s also very conveniently located for downtown. Car valet also works well under pressure. However, it is clearly short staffed and oneership needs to hire more or pay more to those there. The Marriott Club was beeeft of anything - the coffee machine was broken. You go over the bar area but the coffee was out and on two days it took over 20 minutes to get a coffee. People were waiting 30 mins for breakfast. I stay in about 40 Marriott properties a year and it felt this one was still wrapped up in Covid staffing challenges. I want to stress everyone I spoke to who worked there was wonderful and apologetic - they were clearly frustated they were not set up for success.

Property is clean, staff courteous, professional

Stayed for 2 nights. Excellent location, reasonable overnight parking fee ($30/day). Staff was very friendly , easy check-in /out process. Complimentary water for the room. Fantastic salmon bagel breakfast. Good breakfast menu.

Location is great.

Ice makers were not working on the 14th, 12, 11th floors. The12th floor the covers were off and exposing live wiring. A safety hazard and the machine was not working. I ended up going down to the restaurant. Room 1405 is noisy due to the elevators.
