Расположение, симпатичный балкончик снаружи, удобная кровать, хороший завтрак.

Очень маленький и тесный номер, нет закрывающихся шкафов и тумбочек, нет утюга, нет даже фена!!! Горячей воды практически не было, шла чуть тёплая, нужно было долго ждать чтоб нагрелась, что случалось не всегда. Большая слышимость из коридора, в ранее утро очень шумный персонал, которые орали около номера несмотря на табличку ‘не беспокоить’. Время заезда жёстко фиксировано, 3 часа и не минутой раньше.

Tres cosas para destacar: 1) la amabilidad y predisposición del personal; 2) la ubicación cerca de dos estaciones de metro; 3) la amplitud y luminosidad de la habitación

Desde mi punto de vista tienen que mejorar tres cosas: 1) para apagar y prender la luz de la habitación estando acostado hay que levantarse de la cama!!!!; 2) deberían agregar una pava eléctrica en la habitación; 3) en el desayuno hay muchos alimentos con hidratos de carbono y pocos con proteínas

O atendimento do Hotel é muito bom. A equipe muito atenciosa. Gostamos muito da estadia. A localização é excelente. Teve um dia que tivemos que sair bem cedo do hotel para um passeio na neve e preparam o café da manhã para nós em sacolas e pudemos comer no caminho. Adoramos e recomendamos.
