Everything! Delicious breakfast and dinner, spacious room, good facilities and very kind staffs. Especially the staffs, we arrived there in windy and cold day. They let us early check in without any surcharge and helped us to make reservation for next day trip. They were so nice and kind. It was very good experience there for my family thanks to the staffs. Highly recomended !!!

"A joyful experience!"

The hotel is spotlessly clean. All the staff we met are friendly and a large proportion of them speaks good English so we have no problem settling in or asking questions. All in all, a pleasant surprise. Of course the unlimited Japanese beef and drinks at the buffet is a highlight.

The onsen is a bit too hot…. But not sure is there is anything they can do.

1. Great public bath. Has not only Onsen but cold bath, too. 2. Great supper. Totally worth its price. Unlimited steak refill, sushi, unlimited alcohol. 3. Good internet
