Very comfortable stay with only a few hiccups - these being the time taken to get the key couriered to us, broken tap & a lot of lights not working.

Lovely apartment with parking facilities - close to city centre and quayside areas. Good communication and easy check in and out - would definitely recommend and use again

Very hot even with heating off. Very uncomfortable bed.

Didn’t like that there was no toilet paper at all in the property. On walking into the apartment we were met with an overwhelming smell of curry which took a day with open windows to disperse. The noise from outside was unbelievable and very disruptive, particularly on Saturday night/Sunday morning resulting in a lack of sleep from such a disturbed time.

High quality apartment close to the O2 academy. This beautiful, well equipped, spacious apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay in Newcastle. Both bedrooms were en suite and there was an additional toilet just off the hallway. The open plan living area had two sofas and a coffee table, there was a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and cookware and there was washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets provided. There was tea, coffee and biscuits on the counter and a pint of milk and bottle of mineral water in the fridge. Patio doors lead to a small balcony. Wifi was free and worked well and useful information leaflets about the local area were available. There were plenty of plug sockets in all rooms. All towels and bed linen were of a good quality, toilet rolls were plentiful and toiletries provided in the en suites. This was a beautiful apartment which we enjoyed staying in and would definitely recommend. A parking space was also included in the underground car park. As we arrived just after 6pm the apartment keys were dropped off and by a taxi courier which took about 20 minutes, on leaving the apartment the keys were left in a letter box in the main reception area. The only drawback was that there was only one set of keys which meant that although we were two couples we had to go out and return at the same time.
