The location is highly convenient, with several affordable fast-food options directly nearby, eliminating the need for food delivery. Additionally, the self check-in process is a significant advantage and very practical.

​Bed configuration: Despite explicitly booking a double bed, we received two joined single beds. This is a major flaw and a safety concern, given that we traveled with a one-year-old baby who sleeps with us. ​Hygiene and condition: The towels had a strange, unpleasant odor. The overall inventory feels outdated and worn out. ​Bathroom issues: The shower cabin is poorly maintained (missing a door handle, yellowed silicone seals). Furthermore, a machine located next to the toilet emits a strange, irritating noise whenever the water is turned on. ​Lack of basic amenities: There is no electric kettle in the room, making it impossible to prepare a morning coffee. ​Noise pollution: The tram station is situated directly under the window, creating significant noise that disrupts sleep.

A spacious and clean room with all needed basics and a dedicated free parking in the back of the building. Owner was really nice and it's a good value for the money. A great place for a short stay with a tram stop right in front of the building's entrance. To reach the free parking, make sure to get to the back of the builing (if driving towards the city, the very first next street after the builing to the right, then again first to the right, then all the way to the end).

Pillows and bed were on the softer side and it can be a bit noisy due to a busy street below bot nothing serious.

The bed wasn’t comfortable really too soft, and the curtains aren’t dark but transparent so you cannot sleep enough or during afternoon. They have nothing else but those transparent light color curtains. Another issue is that the space isn’t good ventilated because of the interior design. We also waited half an hour nobody came nobody answered we came as agreed before in a minute and nobody Sven after whole clock passed but that was the least problem but we couldn’t buy what we wanted bcs if the late fir the eat. Anyways it is clean that was ok. And the location is great too. But I wouldn’t stay again.
