Angie and Cesar are an excellent team in Bistro 400. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

Angie, Cesar, Gina, Tom, Daniella and Maria were all exceptional servers. Each and every staff member went above and beyond to enhance our experience at you Westin establishment immensely. Very well done and kudos to each. Their hospitality, kindness and attentiveness has been the best I have ever experienced! Thank you so much! Please keep your staffing model to the standards as these hard workers have displayed. Always :)

The room size was great, loved the restaurant and pool.

2 elevators were down. My room was by stairs so I heard people walking up and down all day. Room had alot of dust in ceiling vents.

I checked in on a Friday and had dinner at the hotel restaurant after driving 8 hours. I was with my two daughters. The bill came to $224 after tip. The waitress asked if I wanted to charge it in the room. Easy - I said sure. The next evening I looked at my bank account and there is a $424 charge. I inquired at the front desk. They said there is a $50 a day charge for incidentals when using a room charge. I said that still doesn’t make sense. I’m checking out on Sunday so only two nights. The young woman cldnt fully explain why they charged me an extra $200 but that I wld get it back in 3-10 business days. I said I was never informed of any extra charges at check in or when the waitress offered to charge it to my room. The front staff said that other hotels do this so basically oh well. Plus they didn’t have a manager on duty. Why on a Saturday night at 7:30pm when the hotel is packed a Manager isn’t on duty. Staff your hotel appropriately. So many things wrong with this hotel. I would not recommend.
