Everything is fine. Not fancy but nice enough

Maria Rosa fez tudo ser mais leve. É uma pessoa sempre disposta a ajudar, preparou lanches para levarmos aos passeios que eram cedo, ja que nao poderíamos tomar café no local. A localização é ótima, tem tudo perto, metrô, a rua dos restaurantes, farmácia, mercado... Chuveiro bem quente, aquecedor funcionando bem, Wi-Fi sem problemas, tudo em ordem. E mais uma vez, a Maria Rosa esta sempre pronta a ajudar em absolutamente tudo que precisarmos!

Nada que interfira na nota, mas, por estrutura, o chuveiro fica dentro de uma banheira, o que o torna o banho um pouco apertado.

La ubicación y atención de la mucama

The location is 10 minutes walk from the metro station.

Our experience was extremely disappointing and nothing like what we expected. The hotel is located right beside a bar that plays loud music until 2am every night, making it impossible to sleep. The breakfast service was appalling. We spoke Spanish but there was zero communication from the kitchen lady, not even a basic greeting. One morning we were served scrambled eggs while other tables got none, and on another morning we got none while other tables were served eggs. There was no explanation, no consistency, and a big sign stating "more breakfast – charge 5,000 CLP,” which added to the uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. To make matters worse, we witnessed the kitchen lady scolding other guests for asking about laundry facilities — completely unprofessional behavior. The rooms themselves were another letdown — dusty, with stained carpets, a strong musty smell, and a generally old and neglected feel. We were really looking forward to our stay at Hotel Las Flores based on the positive reviews, but it was nothing like the other reviews. In the end, we cut our stay short by a few days. We will definitely not be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend staying here.

Could not find booking, even after I gave both name and booking number. First night with Chilean Currency exchange. Not sure if I was charged correctly
