Facilities not good just a normal room

No wifi , not a great linen and room

Wonderful experience with this hotel. Room was nice and clean as well as washrooms. Staff was really cooperative and ready to help us always.

While booking it shows facilities WiFi and air conditioner room, break fast also included. And got a good discounted price also while booking. After gone for check in, they said at my booking price they will provide only normal NON-AC room, no WiFi and break fast, if I want those facilities, they asked me to pay 500/- extra per day. I shown proofs, but no use, After argument also they not provided, I not paid and taken which they provided. And talking about the room, the room which I have never seen in my Life, I traveled pan India and stayed so many hotels at various locations. But I have never seen room like this. Even though I can’t walk inside room floor directly with out foot ware. So dirty, cockroaches, smoking smell. No room service, no towels, no soaps, no water, etc., 100% not suitable for families, but for singles can compromise due to low price. Some one they given good ratings because, after check out, they immediately insist to give ratings.

Location is good due to very near to railway station and bus stand, food will get very near.

Rooms were clean. Staff were very cooperative polite and courteous. Good spacious rooms with modern amenities. Stay was amazing. Hospitality was great. Well maintained rooms and property. Staff, service everything was perfect.

The hotel was very nice,The rooms were good and clean We had a delightful experience in this property. Staffs was worthy for their services.
