RAT VILLA

Very quiet, very clean and within walking distance of PES

Breakfast was not included in the price but it appeared to be available at extra cost. We were greeted when we first arrived and the rooms and garden environment were very nice. We did not see any sign of owner or staff the next morning and had to find somewhere to have breakfast. Fortunately the Booktree cafe opened at 8am and we were able to have a delicious breakfast. Still no sign of anyone when we left the keys in the locks and departed.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ruhigen, eher weniger touristischen Teil von Phuket. Ich habe mich teils gefühlt, als sei ich die einzige Touristin dort. Ich war hauptsächlich in der Gegend, weil ich das Bodhi Dog and Rescue Shelter besucht habe (kann ich sehr empfehlen!). Ansonsten gibt es in der Gegend auch noch die Elephant Sanctuary, also für ein paar Tage auf jeden Fall genug zu tun. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich, es gab jeden Tag frisches Wasser, mit einem vorhandenen Wasserkocher kann man sich auch mal schnell was zu essen machen und ein Kühlschrank ist auch vorhanden. Generell hat man es sehr ruhig und komfortabel. Sauberes Bett, gute Klimaanlage und sehr netter Besitzer! :) Achja und nur eine Minute Fußweg entfernt befindet sich ein 7 Eleven.

Only saw staff on arrival for a 1 night stay, didn't see them again at all.

Had to wait 2 hours to check in as they mixed up our arrival time, mattress very firm and uncomfortable

It is a beautiful little set of villas. The staff was extremely helpful and had great communication.

The location made it almost impossible to get a taxi or grab, etc.

During rain season wet ground and Moskitos

A cozy villa nestled around a small, well-lit garden in a peaceful setting. Conveniently, there’s a 7-Eleven nearby for essentials. Considering the remote location, hiring a self-driving ride for transportation might be a good idea. The staff is friendly, and the rooms and bedding are clean. While food delivery may not always be available, booking a cab is an option.

Lovely villa and helpful staff, no reception but answered my messages and booked taxi to airport for me.
