We had several people coming in for a conference and Tameka S. was so incredibly helpful. I needed help with several CC Auth forms and it was not an easy task and she was patient, kind, thorough, and detailed. My favorite thing she did during the whole interaction was that she would call me and continue to give updates and feedback on what was happening. I didn't have to reach out to her to stay informed. She was proactive, not just reactive. I really appreciate that.
