Les Jardins De Taja

This place was a breath of fresh air. We loved the donkeys, the pool and lounging areas, and our Casita was very comfortable.

The food was generally absolutely superb, specifically breakfast and supper. There was no choice as such in the evening but it was very good and the children loved it. They also accommodated various food allergies. The accommodation was really charming and they provided bed configuration specifically for our group (1 adult, 3 children)

The internet / wi-fi is patchy. For some reason it was necessary to go outside to get wi-fi: there was none in the bungalow.

Loved almost everything! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, great hammam, the service, the food was DELICIOUS, the donkeys were cute and loved the little rooftop terrace on all houses and the access to the pool.

Our bed was very uncomfortable and hard, and it made us wake up several times during the night. However, this was the only reason I am not giving it a 10.

It was a secluded compound with lovely views. It only sleeps 10 or so and was lovely and peaceful as we were the only guests on our first night.

It wasn’t a problem for us, but some people might want to know that the drive in is a mile up a rough track.

Stunning. More than we expected and at the time of our stay there was only one other party so felt like we had private hire! The little house with your own roof terrace was a welcome suprise with views to die for and the staff were very kind and couldn't do enough for you. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend.

The location is remote and unless you want to rely on expensive transfers I'd recommend car hire.

Beautiful garden and well maintained area. Nice pool to relax by with a great view. The location is a bit remote so it is quiet and secluded which makes it nice to relax.

The bed was a bit noisy but when we told the owner they promised to fix it :)

The property was fabulous -- even better than the pictures. We stayed in the Lise cottage, which far exceeded my expectations. Beautifully decorated and larger than I had imagined. Very comfortable for two adults and two children. Our hosts and all of the staff were absolutely lovely! They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, such nice people. The common spaces were heavenly -- beautiful gardens and the animals were very sweet to have around. Food was phenomenal, we had breakfast every day and dinner most nights, and all was delicious.

Nothing, it was perfect. I suppose the only thing to be aware of -- which isn't a negative -- is that it is 50 minutes from Marrakech, but we loved this as it felt like a real piece of Morocco and so quiet compared to the bustle of Marrakech. Driving in Morocco isn't for the faint of heart, but we managed and the large roads to the hotel are in very good condition, just the small road through the village to get to the hotel is unpaved.

Beautiful place, very quiet and peaceful. The pool, beautiful garden, the dinner and breakfast all fantastic! Like the owners family! We would have loved to stay longer!
