Location. Had kitchen, washing machine and drier

Upgrade facilities in rooms. Provide full kitchen supplies. Did not have full sets or cutlery or crockery. No tea towel or oven mits to use with oven. Had outdoor plastic chairs for dining table chairs. Clothes drier didn't work properly. No clothes airer and front door was difficult to open.

The apartment was quite spacious and the kitchen was big and bright. I'm in love with the fridge! The staff are incredibly lovely. The pool area is really nice (but only half of the spa works).

The traffic noise is so bad. I ended up sleeping on the small lounge with soft music on the TV. My parking space had been taken so at 3am I had to try and guess which incorrect parking spot I could use. The garbage bins are right under the window.... and that's where the garbage trucks come to. Under the bed hasn't been vacuumed in so long and someone's dirty socks were under the bed. The concertina door for the laundry is completely broken.
