An extra charge for breakfast, which is not worth the price. The organization is poor—you enter the restaurant and an inattentive waiter hands you a menu with prices, which creates confusion about whether breakfast is included or if you have to pay extra again. The photos show a beautiful buffet, which doesn’t reflect reality at all. The service was poorly organized. We waited 25 minutes for breakfast, and the waiter completely forgot about the rest of the order—waiting that long just for a black coffee while the juice included in the order was forgotten.

Was very nice on the inside. Staff really friendly. Had to self park for $20. Biggest issue was location!! So sketchy. Tons of weirdos walking around. They did their best to leave caution lights on, I did frequently see security at night. Lobby doors stay locked. I do think they are doing everything they can to make this place safe and comfortable. I also found a spider in my room by the outlet…web and all. He’d been there awhile. They are doing their best, but I just don’t think I’d stay again because of location.
