Just simply paradise

Getting into the place from Managua was pretty straightforward and quick (there's a new road to get there). There are still some construction in the road but nothing to worry about. The only thing you need to know is that there are like 2km of dirty road that you need to drive a little slow if you are not in a 4x4. Beach is great and the place is pretty secure with no risk of robbery, you can basically walk at 8pm in the surroundings. Food was amazing, exceeded our expectations, it was cheap with organic ingredients and good portions. There's a small fridge in the room and there's not a washer machine (at least not in mine). Staff is very friendly and kind, Jadi (or Hadi) recommended great places to eat and Jennifer was a great server and was great to speak with her. I will be back again for sure!

Menu is small (but food is great).

An excellent hotel in Popoyo, 2 mins walk from the beach and just a few mins to other local businesses (shop, coffee, bar). The staff were super friendly and helpful with anything that was needed including taxis and transfers. The food was good overall. The rooms were very stylish, spacious and comfortable.

There were a few shabby signs; for example the sun lounger covers are very dirty and faded. It's not right on the beach (a known when booking, but not reflected by price) and although there is an easy walk through and beach section there are no sunloungers to relax in on the beach. I really think a few tweaks could bring this hotel to the top of the local pack!

Quality price not worth it. Rooms are to close and didn’t smell very good. Pictures make the place better than it actually is.

The service and the staff was exceptional! Everyone was very helpful and positive. The rooms are spacious, excellent design and very comfortable. Food was also one of the best I had so far, everything was fresh. They were also very helpful with arranging transportation and excursions. I had the best surf teacher, thank you Jared!

I wish the road from Managua airport was better but it's not Malibu Popoyo's fault for sure!
