Jak zawsze świetnie!

Nice contemporary minimalistic design of the room.

The Hotel is located above the underground car park and a shopping passage with lots of shops and small businesses. My room was in the “inner circle” with no windows. Instead, a glass panel was overlooking some artificial narrow internal corridor plastered with green plastic ‘grass’, also a few chairs were facing the glass panel as if the spectators were about to turn up and stare into the room. It felt like no air in the room, high humidity, hardly any natural light and enormously noisy industrial ventilation. It did not help to have an old noisy fridge in the room. Impossible to sleep. Breakfast desired to be improved. Would be nice if restaurant staff managed to clean tables once in a while. Staff in the hotel came across as unprofessional, unsymphatetic and unhelpful. They might benefit from a basic customer service training.
