Extremely old run-down place that wasn’t maintained at all. Everything reminds you of a sad abandoned place. Strong NOT RECOMMEND. Rooms were old and moldy

No elevator or slope for guests with big luggage. The property apparently needs some proper maintenance. Outside looks very old. Upper floor of the property is clean and decent. Lower floor where the bedroom and toilet are located is dark and shabby.

The place was cute. I loved the view of Mt. Fuji from our living room. Like many locations in Japan, the home does have 2 flights of stairs - so 3 levels. The bedroom was in the basement and the kitchen/living area was at the top level. I do recommend the location for a long stay and for families with transportation and the ability to get groceries. The staff on the property were kind and helpful.

In June, all the nearby restaurants close by 2pm (there are very few within 500m). A car is necessary to visit this location; otherwise you have to walked 2.5 km to a restaurant that opens at 5pm. Luckily, you can order from a small menu from the front desk before 7:30 pm. It may be best to stock up on food with your vehicle before your stay. If you do require taxi transportation, then you can find one from the train station. I used DiDi from the Mishima station and it was around ¥13k. Calling a taxi from a foreign number is not possible in this remote town, but the staff can arrange one for you. The return taxi ride company was around ¥15k. I believe there is a bus, but it is difficult to navigate and get correct timing. I did not see buses near the closest bus station after 5pm. The entire town shuts down really early so I don't think bus transportation here is logical or feasible. The sign for the location was difficult to locate. Using booking.com the directions took us to the completely wrong address. Then we could barely see the sign near the road. It is street #7 across the lake, so be aware of this The pillows were not ideal, but luckily we had one for traveling.

The two levels makes it feel very spacious. Bed was comfortable and large shower bathroom area. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, parking included on site. breakfast is delivered to room which is nice.

the property is a bit odd, a large concrete area in the middle of the townhouses. some of the units look more modern then others…was super dated (but fine for our stay). location Isn’t walking distance to either town so not the most convenient

Everything looks deserted. Seriously need refurbish. The photos are deceiving. Environment is gloomy. Google map lead to the wrong location. Difficult to find the small road entrance to the hotel. A live centipedes in the room. Sorry to say the poorest maintained accommodation i encounter in japan.

Nice villa(s) built on the basement of some revitalised factory or parking building. Location is easily accessible by car and is not crowded! The lake is just across the road, and there is a nice wooden viewing spot for Mt. Fuji nearby. We also have seen a part of Mt. Fuji from our window as the threes around were still without leaves that time. Wild deers came to the nearby area at the sunrise. Underground parking is nice, staff is welcoming and flexible. The breakfast set is not so large, but nice. Check-out at 11 was amazing, something not usual for Japan.

Overall soundproofing was fine, but for some reason we heard the sounds from the neighbours’ entrance door very well. From the first sight it made a feeling that somebody enters our door. In the evening there are few good places to eat nearby, but during the day, you can found nice coffee.

We love that the room has a special living room upstairs which was unexpected. The thing we loved most was the location of the room which is facing directly to Fujisan in the morning. Truly breathtaking views!

Umm...we have to carry our own luggage all the way from the carpark to the reception which requires some effort to climb up the stairs.
