Reception staff were extremely welcoming and professional: other staff also professional (not as friendly) Breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable, bright & airy, very good shower. Location excellent for train transport.

American from Texas. Travel to Italy a lot … consistent with Starhotels Tuscany and now Excelsior.

Solid look! Always professional, and Excelsior is right across the street from Centrale …. I don’t even have to be awake to catch my train!

Podobała mi się lokalizacja , blisko do dworca , ale także spacerkiem można dojść do wszystkich atrakcji starego miasta . Pokoje były wygodne , łóżka również , kosmetyki i dobrze działająca klimatyzacja . Codziennie donoszono nam słodkości i kawę

Właściwie nie było takiej rzeczy, która się nie podobała. Trochę zużyte niektóre elementy wyposażenia.
