You need to have a car to get there and go somewhere else. Only had one key/card for the room. Shared bathroom inside the room doesnt work that well.

A estadia correu bem, com limpeza e gentileza das pessoas.

I had read some reviews about this place beforehand. It definitely wouldn’t have been my first choice to book, but I was a solo walker passing through Portugal and needed a place to stay overnight in that area. The place pleasantly surprised me. It had incredibly scenic views, a huge lounge and kitchen area, very friendly and welcoming owners and staff, and absolutely amazing breakfast. The downside, as many others have mentioned, is the accessibility – it’s extremely difficult to reach if you’re a walker or cyclist. Safety is practically nonexistent. At first, I tried getting there through the forest via a small path, but it was abandoned and completely overgrown. Don’t go that way – it’s really not passable. The only other option was the main road, which had heavy traffic – trucks, cars speeding by, and motorbikes. I had to walk right along the edge of the road. It was very scary. Other than the stressful walk, the place itself was great. I think it’s much better suited for those on a road trip by car.

Check-in às 18:00 horas; quando em outros alojamentos é partir 12:00 horas; pequeno almoço o horário até 10:00 horas , não foi informada ou alertada para este horário; chegamos para pequenos almoço antes cinco minutos das dez horas , funcionária foi desagradável,para com desconhecimento do horário , apenas apontou para horário fixado na porta e começou arrumar refeitório, levantando as cadeiras , não levando em que estávamos acompanhar uma pessoa doente.

Localização calma na montanha, pessoal simpático, quartos e todo o hotel muito limpo.

Embora compreenda que não é um alojamento de luxo penso que poderia haver outra opção ao pequeno-almoço de comida que não fosse só pão (com compota ou queijo). Talvez um iogurte... Para beber têm água, sumo leite e café que me parece adequado.
