La décoration unique et chaleureuse. Style décor de théâtre Italien. Ensemble très propre .vue sur une petite cour avec jardin . Boissons mis à disposition dans la chambre . Maison dans le centre idéalement située.

Nous pensions être dans une chambre d’hôte mais surprise à l’arrivée une boîte à clefs . Nous avons croisé la gentille propriétaire que le matin avant le départ . Cela n’empêche pas que la prestation globale était bonne . Nous y retournerons.

Accueil très chaleureux, gentillesse. La chambre était très propre. Pas de petit déjeuner mais café, dolce, eau, thé, jus de fruit à disposition. Excellent séjour.

A wonderful old property which has been artistically presented to the market. This was our second visit and this time birds featured as the decor of our room. The ceiling, the walls, doors and surfaces featured bird wall art along with other little bits and pieces relating to birds. So clever, so subtle, so beautiful - a real talent is evident. The apartment is very comfortable with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. Everything our hostess does is of top quality. Our hostess was very attentive and warm - a lovely lady. Although Giancarla speaks no English, her son helped with communicating which made life easy for us. Just a few paces from the accommodation is a fabulous casual restaurant called La Fantina. Don’t hesitate to go; delicious food at very reasonable prices. The streets of old Ovada town are quaint and enjoyable to stroll down. We hope to return at some stage and hopefully experience the third room at this lovely establishment. Thank you Giancarla and thank you also to your sons who have made an amazing contribution to apartments.

Gute Lage in der Altstadt. Die Ausstattung ist auf eine schöne Weise altmodisch und passt gut zu dem sicherlich historischen Gebäude. Die Dusch- und Badewanne im Zimmer ist ein Hingucker und nicht hinderlich, solange man noch beweglich genug ist. (Ins Bad hätte sie nicht gepasst.) Es gibt eine Art Gemeinschaftsküche für alle Zimmer mit großem Kühlschrank - ein Vorteil, wenn man nur ein Zimmer gemietet hat. Das große Bett ist bequem. Es gab Kekse und Mineralwasser im Zimmer. Der Kontakt mit der Familie, nur schriftlich über's Netz, war sehr nett. Man weist auf gute nahe Parkmöglichkeiten hin.

Es gab zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer. Der Zugang über die Treppe ist je nach Gepäck beschwerlich. Aber es war angegeben, daß es über die Treppe geht.

Der Stil, die Atmosphäre der Unterkunft, der Innenhof waren ausgezeichnet. Die Mutter des Gastgebers war äußerst hilfbereit und zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr dabei geholfen, die nicht leicht zu findende Unterkunft zu erreichen.
