absolutely love this place. love Sam, love Jodie. And the food is out of this world. Always fab service and with a smile. Thankyou so much.

Clean and comfortable

The general area's were dirty and all the carpets could have done with a good hoover and the toilets were just adequate the floor was dirty. The restaurant food quality was just OK and very expensive the restaurant tables were grubby. The room we booked was a room for a disabled person, the TV remote was on a shelf that a disabled person couldn't reach, the bed was a 3ft single bed and very narrow for a disabled person. The bathroom we couldn't lower the shower stool so had to stand and hold onto the hand rail which we could lower. There is no where to put anything in the bathroom, there needs to be a shelf by the shower put put things onto. the shower gel cannot be operated by a one handed person so if I hadn't brought shower gel with me!!!!! The toilet roll kept falling on the floor again using it as a one handed person. There needs to be a plastic tumbler in the bathroom as a glass one from the bedroom could fall and smash.

Excellent breakfast. Clean comfortable room. Good WiFi. Good menu for evening meal.

Room was a little cool overnight and the duvet was too lightweight for the room temperature. The temperature control seemed to default down to 19deg after about 11pm and would not increase until the morning.

We had a lovely family celebration here, the staff were very friendly and welcoming it was a party of 16 it made it easier ordering on the app, we did not wait long for our courses as it was very busy .The carvery was lovely good selection of meat and vegetables the other meals came out at the same time so we all eat together. Thank you for making this a very special occasion. Will be back very soon and looking forward to it,
