Victoria Resort and Bed & Breakfast

This quaint B&B provided a quiet place to rest yet was close to good food and shopping! The breakfasts were delicious!

Quaint bungalow with amenities such as small kitchen, fire pit, patio w chairs, etc. The spot is dated but cozy, convenient and the owner is very communicative and allows for either independent or assisted entry. Parking in site and the area is safe and quiet.

We stayed in one of the cottages. It was just the right size for two people. It was clean, a little dated, but it met our needs. The beds were fine, plenty of information about South Haven in the area. The hosts were very nice, and it was quiet!! Just 2 blocks from the Oak Street Beach. I would return.

DO NOT rent a cottage very poor condition,,, Take heed of all the bad reviews. There was NO hot water at all. Jim Martin offered us another cottage that was run down too. We decided to check out. He said (and we have it recorded) that "absolutely" would refund our prepaid charges,, never did. We filed a dispute through the credit card and finally got reimbursed. STAY AWAY !!!!!!

We were looking for something just overnight, to attend a family funeral, that was off the highway and not a “chain hotel” The Victoria Inn met our needs perfectly. What a lovely little gem. Elizabeth (the Inn Keeper) was available to meet our every need. Breakfast was amazing. The new owners are working to make continual upgrades while keeping the historic charm. We were even offered a “Canadian Tariff” discount, which even symbolically, we appreciated. Thank you for you hospitality.

I actually felt quite fortunate to have booked a room in the off-season (mid-March...still Winter in Michigan!). I treated myself to a weekend getaway and absolutely loved this place! I was the only guest, so of course they couldn't open the dining room for breakfast just for me, but they brought a lovely breakfast right to my room and right on time. The bed was comfortable and the offering of local wine for purchase was great. Check in was super easy, even though staff were not present on arrival. A friendly welcome letter with code to the door was all I needed. Access to beautiful beach 2 blocks away just north of the popular North Beach and South Haven pier. I will definitely come back! Highly recommend!
