Everything! Location, the property and the staff were all exceptional. Great breakfast poolside and inviting lush property. We loved are stay at the Lucille Palm.

Great staff, location, breakfast and overall feeling

Only issue was that there was no drawers in our room which meant that other than clothes that hung in the closet the rest had to remain in the suitcases.

"The best getaway my wife and I have had in many years!"

The Lucille was truly a wonderful hotel and the perfect getaway for my wife and I. Close enough to downtown to walk around, but just far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. Ross and Alfredo made us feel very welcome and we cannot wait to go back.

"Beautiful set of villas in a quite neighborhood within walking distance of the Art Museum"

The Villas had a great breakfast spread with a large assortment of fruit, yoghurt, granola, hard boiled eggs etc. The entry process was easy with the gate code and door code supplied via a text and email. The property was very responsive and made our anniversary very special with great restaurant recommendations and an arrangement of roses for my wife.
