Candlelight - Airlie Beach

Really liked the location and it was a nice cosy little apartment.

The dishes very fairly dirty so we had to re wash them before use. I do understand this would be an issue from previous guests but maybe the cleaner could also check them.

Location was great close to shops beach and all amenities Apartment was large with 2 balconies Facilities were very good Undercover parking

We were not informed that there would be building construction work happening next door the whole week of our stay except for the Sunday. Tradies started at 6.30 so no possible sleep-ins

The staff was so nice, they gave us a number to write to if we needed anything and they were really quick to answer. The location is good cause you’re 5-10min from the center and have a really nice view. Even if you’re close to the road you don’t hear anything in the apartment. The balcony was lovely with couch and a table to eat outside. we really enjoyed our stay there

there wasn’t enough bed sheets for the fourth of us but when we write to the number they gave us, they answered really quickly and brought us what we needed.

Location was great. Easy walk to lagoon and shops.

Excellent location close to everything including restaurants and tours. Good view from balcony.

Apartment grubby in need of a thorough clean, redecorating and replacement furniture. Socket didn't work in bedroom, cracked glass in cupboard and oven in desperate need of a good clean. Some kitchen utensils desperately need replacing including cooking pans. Had to keep resetting air conditioning.

Our ordinal apartment which was allocated lost power on our second day. We contacted Liv @ Accom and they were amazing! They explained the problem, picked us up and took us to an alternative apartment which was actually an upgrade from what we had booked. The issue with the original apartment was the owners fault but was quickly rectified and they dealt with it all for us.
