Hallstatt Dachstein Inn

We had a fantastic time at the accommodation! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The surroundings were wonderful, with a special mention for the nearby playground and the many animals.

Only bit I genuinely did not like is there is no laundry sercive for guests or extra towel facility which is odd if you are staying with a kid and for more than 3 days.

Location was good. But It was so disappointing that, in contrary to the details mentioned in booking.com, laundry service was not available and on site restaurant requires advance booking for food, which was no where mentioned. It was very inconvenient especially as we were traveling with kids so we checked out one night earlier than what we planned and paid for.

Good location, clean and modern rooms. Fabulous spa and good size and equipped gym.

Apartment rooms are slightly on the small side, certainly more than 2 people is getting crowded. The reception staff was very pleasant bar from one man who, imho, was a bit too matter of fact which didn't give me a welcoming feeling. However, still a great place.

The bed was made of 2 mattreces (could be renewed), and it was hard on the back in case you slipped between them at night
