I found the view from the property lovely

What I didn’t like about the property was that the pools were not working which hadn’t been mentioned, there was mould in the bathroom and a broken and dangerous plug in the kitchen. The fridge was full of ice and broken and I had to pay over the extra for bed linen, cleaning and clean towels which I cleaned and washed myself.

The map on Booking.com took us to the wrong apartment. GuestReady, the management company, were unhelpful and rude. On arrival we found the pool closed due to broken tiles — not mentioned beforehand — despite the listing stating “Sea view plus pool plus Wi-Fi”. No apology, just denial. Extra cost for pools every day. The apartment wasn’t very clean. No cleaners for 17 days, no cleaning supplies, one tea towel, and no bin information. Extra charge for sofa bed bedding, even though it’s sold as a 4-person apartment as my wifes back was sore. We asked and did not receive. Great potential, but very poorly managed.

Piscine cassée et inutilisable !! malgré les photos sur l annonce totalement mensongère !! prix payé avec une piscine et pas de piscine depuis des mois et ne sera pas réparable de suite vu son état actuel. Dommage avec des enfants d avoir une piscine juste des bacs !!! draps sales et pourtant facturé des frais de ménage, et poubelles à l arrivée non vides !!!!!!
