Trinity Beach Pacific

Little disappointed, wasn't as expected based on site photos and previous reviews. Seems a set of residential units with apprarent occasional rental. Was clean enough but dated, reasonable kitchenette facilities; bathroom a bit worn, taps worn, clunky old shower doors. Complementary tea bags etc, whilst a nice gesture, were unusable. One major problem was a loose stair rail, could be a problem soon. I understand the value of the area, but this was not low cost compared to the greater city, so just expected a bit more.

Mel was very helpful. We had a situation and she helped us out immediately.

Location, the gardens, the pool area and the lovely flexibility of the hosts with check-in and check-out. Very quiet area too, and loved the Wallabies hopping around the property!

The “king-sized” bed was uncomfortable where the two singles met in the middle. Needed a mattress padding on top of the whole lot. Pillows were average and lacked density. No bedside lamps made it difficult to read in bed. Dinner plates were too small. An extra couple of bowls would have been handy instead of just two.

Close to the beach. Clean. Nice pool. Comfy beds. Well equipped. Felt like a safe area. Quiet. Good communication from management.

Not enough blankets. No dishwasher.

Perfect location close to Cairns, Kuranda and the North Beaches. Quiet and residential area

Staying at Trinity Beach Pacific was suitable for us to keep within our budget. I was pleased that we had a kitchen that we could use to cook meals with. Trinity Beach is a great place to stay because it is away from the hustle and bustle of Cairns but still close to many places that we wanted to visit. I would have liked fresh clean towels to be brought to the apartment by day 3 though. I also would have liked a lovely view, but it was good to have a balcony and fresh air. The property owners were good communicators and helpful.
