Any on-site visits requested by the guest to fix an issue attributable to them (ex. loss of keys) will be charged EUR 25 from 11:00 - 20:00 and EUR 50 from 20:00 - 11:00. We reserve the right to charge any additional costs (ex. lock/key replacement).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
