El lugar muy limpio, recientemente reformado, instalaciones muy bonitas y la atención del personal fue muy agradable, claros y muy amables. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, buena zona, comercio cerca y lo mejor de todo, silencio. Ideal para descansar

El desagüe de la ducha tardaba un poquito de vaciarse y las escaleras un poquito estrechas para subir con una maleta...

Reservamos en este hotel porque no vivimos en Madrid y nuestro vuelo llegaba muy tarde, la ubicación es excelente si estás de paso. Instalaciones limpias y disponibilidad de café (un gran detalle). Instalaciones acordes a un hotel de esta categoría(2 estrellas)

Mala relación calidad precio. El precio que pagamos por una noche me parece elevado para un hotel de esta categoría

En ocasiones Dejan en recepción a alguien que no está capacitado para hacer reservas y checkin, también cuando le pregunte a la persona que si domina el tema de recepción que si tenía wifi las habitaciones del segundo edificio su respuesta no fue amable
